Tree Tech Digital Systems® has developed a suite
of software applications that provide real-time monitoring of
transformer performance, plus the ability to analyze the data to
greatly enhance the accuracy of scheduling predictive maintenance
activities. These MS-Windows® applications use a client / server
architecture to support easy Web browser access to a centralized
data server component that maintains real-time and historical
transformer information over any Ethernet LAN/WAN.
The Smart Trefo™ software suite provides the core features
for building a total transformer monitoring solution. Real-time and
historical data, including key measurements, control parameters and
alarm conditions, are available for ready access by engineers and
operations staff.
Tree Tech's Sigma™ software includes all the features found
in Smart Trefo™ plus an advanced "expert system" based
engineering component that includes over twenty (20) mathematical
models to assist users in making educated maintenance and life cycle
decisions based on diagnostics and prognostic recommendations. The
mathematical models in Sigma™ include:
