Allen-Bradley ControlLogix Driver
Kepware's 32 bit Allen Bradley ControlLogix Ethernet device driver works in conjunction with KEPServerEX to provide data exchange between OPC & DDE Clients and Allen Bradley ControlLogix controllers via Ethernet.

The ControlLogix driver has been optimized to make the best use of your 1756 ENET port. Access to all data types have been optimized. Reads and writes to Atomic tags have been optimized to send multiple tags per request. High speed access is also provided to all array types including Boolean arrays. Arrays can be accessed in single request up to 3840 elements in length. This equates to request sizes as follows: 122880 BOOLs, 3840 SINTs, 3840 INTs, 3840 DINTs, and 3840 REALs.

Data integrity is insured with KEPServerEX's extensive error handling.

The ControlLogix driver supports ControlLogix Gateway access via Data Highway Plus and ControlNet networks. New device routing features allow you to access ControlLogix, PLC5, and SLC500 PLCs via any connecting network topology. Learn more about the ControlLogix Gateway feature here...

The ControlLogix driver supports the Automatic Tag Database Generation features of KEPServerEX. All of the tags in your ControlLogix project can be automatically imported into KEPServerEX eliminating the tedious task of configuring tag in the server. Access to all predefined structure data types such as CAM, AXIS, etc.. is also provided.

The ControlLogix Ethernet Device Driver supports communications with the 1761-NET-ENI device. The ENI device provides an Ethernet interface for PLCs supporting Full Duplex DF1. This provides flexibility in device networking and communications. The driver supports the Micrologix Series, SLC 500 Fixed I/O Processor, SLC 500 Modular I/O Series, and PLC-5 Series.
