Modicon® Modbus® Plus™ Driver
Kepware's 32 bit Modbus Plus™ device driver works in conjunction with KEPServerEX, to provide data exchange between OPC Clients and Modbus Plus™ protocol compliant PLCs.

Kepware's implementation of Modbus Plus™ supports master and slave paths simultaneously. The slave mode allows the server to receive data by exception from other Modbus® Plus™ devices. Up to eight simultaneous slave paths are supported for maximum unsolicited message processing throughput.

KEPServerEX automatically optimizes your data acquisition based on client demand. Data integrity is insured with the extensive error handling features of KEPServeEX. The Modbus Plus™ driver utilizes the device driver set available from Modicon® for operation on both WindowsNT™ and Windows95™.

The Modbus Plus™ driver now offers direct integration with Modicon® Concept™ and ProWORX™ programming packages. If you are using either of these packages you will be able to directly import the tags used in your PLC application directly into KEPServerEX. This driver is part of the KEPServeEX Modbus® OPC Server Suite. Purchasing either the Modbus® RTU serial, Modbus® RTU Slave serial, Modbus® ASCII serial, Modbus Plus™ (SA85), or the Modbus® Ethernet TCP driver entitles you to all five drivers.
