The ProTalk 100 Protocol Converter allows Modbus® devices to communicate with other systems using a communication protocol, such as Conitel, PERT 26/31, CDD II or any one of many other protocols. The ProTalk 100 emulates the communications protocol of the Master, allowing a standard Modbus® device to be used as a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) in any SCADA system.
