Monaghan Engineering ProTime SER

The ProTime Sequence of Events Recorder is a distributed I/O module that mounts on a standard DIN rail. Each module contains 32 inputs. Up to 250 ProTime SER modules can be synchronized together to build an event recording system with up to 8000 points.

The module communicates in Modbus® protocol over an RS-232 or RS-485 connection. The ProTime module also contains a 10/100BaseT Ethernet connection, which supports Modbus® TCP/IP.

The ProTime module combines the functions of an External Time Reference interface device and a Sequence of Events Recorder device into one module.

A ProTime SER  module can receive its time synchronization from another SER module, an IRIG-B time code signal or a direct interface to a GPS300 GPS receiver. The ProTime SER can also act as a time sync master to synchronize other SER modules. Details >
